Lukewarm, got the 46" 9 drawer one for my dad a couple of years ago for $298. I'm in the market for one of these right now though.

When did you get it for this price, Recently? I always look when I go to HD. I bought a 48 inch top and bottom chest for $300 two summers ago....can't go wrong when these go on clearance

January 2021. Before lockdown.
It was the display model but was in excellent condition has people weren't really going into stores and touching things

If you're talking about the one with 3 upper drawers and 2 swing doors below them - not comparable to this one.

Maybe not the best price but certainly not the regular price for these either online or at my local Home Depot. I have been eyeing them for the last two months and the regular price is $498. Price on gray one just recently dropped.

Thanks OP. Was waiting for the textured black to go on sale, but this gray one looks nice. Decent price ($100 less than usual). Great build on these.
