Recently I shopped from the Mac Shop at Terminal 3, Delhi Drome. There I met Mr. **, who was such a benign and knowledgeable person in terms of the MAC products. He reviewed my peel blazon thoroughly and advised the products accordingly. I was literally surprised with his immense knowledge in the field. No one has ever given such in depth knowledge about the products for my skin type.

I visited the Atlanta Airport MAC store in need of lipstick. Upon request the sales associate for a recommendation, I purchased Burnt Spice. It turned gray. I was told, All Sales Final, No Refunds, No Exchanges. The sales associate fifty-fifty called a girl from the dorsum to see how grayness my lips were from the burnt spice color. I contacted MAC online and was told to see the shop. I was in an airdrome then buyer beware, they are not legit stores or products evidently.

Mac Cosmetics gave me the worst customer service (call eye) of all time. From such a well-established brand!! highly disappointed..!! The representative barely understood my complaint and and so got frustrated at me(!) She was not at all audible with the hazy telephone line they (company) gave her (Stephanie S). The in-store representatives were however very professional and great. No doubt in that. It's the calling center that needs more attention from the management.

I writing this review considering I am very disappointed, MAC Cosmetics disappointed me on a very important valentine vacation, and the customer service that I received from M.A.C., I placed my order online because I don't take a K.A.C. store in my area. I ordered over $100 and 3 weeks before going on vacation. I ordered on M.A.C. website. As well states ships within seven-10 business days. I placed my order i/25/21 and received confirmation. MAC; "pleased to inform yous that your items are bachelor, and we begun to processing your club". Expected send 1-28-21. Once shipped you lot will receive a shipped Tracking number."
Tracking # received merely could non exist tracked, I chosen customer service. They said give a few more days. Yet no package. Left to get on vacation 2-11-21. (No package or appointment of delivery). Received my lodge after my vacation 2-17-21. Chosen customer service. They said "nosotros are distressing for your inconvenience, and we will ship you a return label, and you can locate a drop off box, after we receive your package we will refund your money". After waiting three weeks for my club how can I trust your shipping method/procedure for a refund. M.A.C. Cosmetics online you lot are not worthy of my time, and I would similar to provide advice to others, don't plough to Yard.A.C Cosmetics if you are needing to supplant your cosmetic and don't rely on M.A.C. for an of import holiday and desire to look your best for a very important event. No thank you MAC!

So subsequently waiting for then long I finally received my guild today and when open the box one detail was missing. I messaged them and they were replying to every message super late. So I called them and later waiting for more than an hour a Mac agent received the telephone call, I told her my concern that my item is missing. Guess what she said, that item is "out of stock". Who sells out of stock items? So I ask her, if that particular is non available can you send some other detail? She said, "I tin requite you the credit instead." I experience super disappointed and cheated because I ordered that on deal Black Friday.

I have been a customer of Mac for 20 years. Recently I bought a Mac Foundation (Studiofix NC45) on lookfantastic.com and after using information technology I noticed the texture and effect was a fleck different than the by ones I had. After I removed my foundation, I had WHITE BLEMISHES on my pare! I complained to lookfantastic thinking they sold me a faux product.
Now 1 month ago I bought Mac Studiofix NC45 Foundation again at an official physical MAC store. I wore it for the whole twenty-four hours in peace. The next day I woke upwards to a daze, I had WHITE BLEMISHES Over again! And notice, I take astonishing pare. I barely fifty-fifty employ foundation anymore because my pare is so beautiful and glowing. Later on using Mac foundation my skin became more than dehydrated and slow and got these white blemishes, virtually like burned mark but white and ON MY FACE!! I don't know if this is reversible or non. But no 1 pays to wear a production to harm their cute skin. In that location is something 100% wrong with these new Mac Foundations.
